Cardio-Kickboxing
Bring in the new year with AOK Cardio-kickboxing!! Get in shape and have fun with kick-boxing, cardio and strength exercises. It is also a great way to relieve stress. We do not just punch air. We incorporate the bags into the class. The classes are on Mondays and Wednesdays 6:15-7:15pm and Saturdays 10:00-11:00am. We also have a beginners class on Mondays and Wednesdays 7:30-8:30pm. All classes are $5.00 per class.


Promotion
We will be testing our students for their next ranks on Saturday, February 18, 2012 at 10:00am. All are welcome to come and observe. Come early and bring a chair. Thank you and see you all then.
